Community engagement will be the foundation of this project with numerous public input opportunities planned, including a survey, a public workshop, and opportunities for community or stakeholder groups to provide feedback.

Meeting Toolkits are available for community leaders to facilitate small group discussions (or approximately 10-12 people) throughout the community in December 2025 and January 2026. This will allow the Township to engage the community where they are. When we receive completed meeting toolkits, we log those results (anonymously) as part of the public engagement process.
