What is the purpose of this project?

The goal of this project is to study the 181-acre Township-owned greenfield property at the northwest corner of Tyler and Belleville Roads for future development suitability. This project will include a market analysis, site feasibility and environmental due diligence, a conceptual development plan, and strategies to market the site for future development. Community engagement will be the foundation of this project with numerous public input opportunities planned, including a survey, a public workshop, and opportunities for community or stakeholder groups to provide feedback.
